Role Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Head
to oversee and support the day-to-day operations of Nuvora Stays. This role is ideal for ambitious fresh graduates who are eager to learn business operations, team coordination, process management, data analysis, and technology-driven decision-making.

The selected candidate will work directly with the founders to streamline operations, improve efficiency, manage business processes, and support the company's growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily business and property operations

• Track operational activities and ensure timely execution

• Create and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets





• Monitor key business metrics and prepare performance reports

• Assist in developing SOPs and process documentation

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity to improve productivity and workflow efficiency

• Manage website updates and digital business information

• Support guest experience, operational planning, and business growth initiatives

• Assist founders in strategic and operational projects

• Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions

• Travel to different cities when required for business, research, and expansion activities
