Role Description
This full-time, on-site Senior Sales Engineer role is based in Raurkela. The Senior Sales Engineer will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and drive sales growth for electrical and automation products and solutions. The role involves conducting technical presentations and demonstrations, preparing proposals, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to design suitable solutions for customers.



The Senior Sales Engineer will provide pre- and post-sales technical support, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily activities include market analysis, pipeline management, documentation of sales activities in CRM tools, and close coordination with internal stakeholders to meet sales targets and project timelines.

Qualifications
- Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including opportunity development, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Solid understanding of electrical and automation products such as low- and medium-voltage switchgear and related solutions.
