Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role based in Pune.

As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon and other major marketplaces US Market. The role requires expertise in catalog management, listing optimization, inventory planning, account health monitoring, advertising coordination, and sales performance analysis.

You will work closely with marketing, design, content, and operations teams to improve product visibility, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings, catalog updates, and listing optimization across marketplaces.

Create, update, and troubleshoot listings using bulk uploads and flat files.

Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, backend attributes, images, videos, and A+ Content to improve search visibility and conversions.

Conduct keyword research and implement marketplace SEO best practices.

Monitor listing suppression, policy violations, Buy Box issues,



duplicate listings, and coordinate with marketplace support for timely resolution.

Maintain marketplace account health by monitoring performance metrics, compliance requirements, and submitting appeals when necessary.

Plan inventory, monitor stock availability, review forecasting, and coordinate with logistics teams to prevent stock-outs.

Manage marketplace advertising, including Sponsored Ads, Deals, Coupons, Promotions, and PPC campaigns.

Analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Develop and maintain brand storefronts while improving customer engagement and shopping experience.

Monitor customer reviews, ratings, returns, and NCX complaints, ensuring prompt issue resolution.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketplace performance reports.
