Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Lead client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Perform testing, user training, and implementation support.
- Set up and demonstrate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs).
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate RICEF developments.
- Design, configure, and enhance SAP Warranty Management solutions.
- Work on SAP LO-WTY Warranty Management with expertise in SD configuration and pricing.

Required Skills:
- Solid experience in
SAP Warranty Management (LO-WTY)
.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- LO-WTY Claim Lifecycle
- IC/OC Claim Versions
- Claim Functionality
- SD Pricing & Pricing Enhancements
- Knowledge of
VSR tool
(validations, substitutions, messages, and business rules).
- Experience with Quality Code Catalogs (Header, Version & Item levels).
- Understanding of FICO integration and account key determination.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting testing.
