Role Description
The BFSI role at AU Ignite Future Skills Academy is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur.



The individual in this role will support the design and delivery of training programs that integrate banking, financial services, and insurance concepts with modern technology skills. Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating with academic and industry partners, assisting in curriculum development and content creation, guiding learners on BFSI-related projects, and monitoring their progress. The role also involves facilitating interactive sessions, addressing learner queries, and ensuring that training outcomes align with current BFSI industry practices and compliance standards. Collaboration with internal teams to continuously improve program quality and contribute to learner employability is central to this position.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of banking, financial services, and insurance fundamentals, including core products, regulatory frameworks, and basic risk concepts.
