AtkinsRéalis Global Technology Centre (GTC) is seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Designer with 8 to 15 years of Substation experience with Revit to join our Bangalore office. This role involves working on single and multi-disciplinary Substation projects (Green field and Brown field), focusing on delivering high-quality BIM and CAD outputs that meet international standards. Your role

*Key Responsibilities*
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Preparing and posting of prepayments and recharge journals
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis
- Review and proactively resolve issues relating to missing time and associated earnings
- Thorough review of overheads and proactive challenge and resolution of issues and errors
- Understand, monitor, and communicate key drivers behind the salary control account process
- Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts
- Review and validate lease agreements, including rent escalations, incentives, dilaps, and lease modifica
