About the Role
:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactiv
e Product Operations Executive
to support end-to-end product development and operational processes. You’ll coordinate between sourcing, R&D;, packaging, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth and timely product launches.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with R&D;, sourcing, and design teams for new product development (NPD)




- Track project timelines, approvals, and material readiness
- Liaise with vendors and third-party manufacturers for production execution
- Maintain product data sheets, BOMs, SKUs, and cost sheets
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory documentation (PIFs, COAs, MSDS)
- Support product launch readiness with cross-functional alignment
- Optimize processes for faster turnaround and reduced delays.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Cosmetic Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in product operations or NPD wit
hin personal care / cosmetics / FMCG
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Working knowledge
of raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency
in Excel / Google Sheets / ERP systems
- Detail-oriented and organized with a problem-solving mindset
