Role Description
The Technician and Helper role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhiwandi. In this role, the individual will assist senior technicians with installation, maintenance, and basic repair work according to established procedures and safety standards.



Daily tasks may include handling tools and equipment, preparing work areas, carrying materials, and supporting routine inspections or quality checks. The Technician and Helper will follow instructions from supervisors, complete assigned tasks efficiently, and ensure cleanliness and organization at the work site. The role requires adherence to safety guidelines, accurate reporting of work completed, and cooperative work with team members and other departments as needed.

Qualifications
- Ability to use basic hand tools and equipment safely, with a willingness to learn installation and maintenance procedures.
- General understanding of technical or mechanical work environments, including following diagrams, instructions, or checklists.
- Robust attention to detail, with the ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
