Role Description

End-to-end sales for Sonipat & Kharkhoda

• Direct plot closures from site visits & walk-ins

• Building and managing broker & channel partner networks

• Negotiations, bookings, and revenue accountability

• Acting as the face of Riverwood in the local market

Who We’re Looking For

• 5-7 years experience in real estate sales

• Strong background in plotted developments / DDJAY / floors

• Deep local knowledge of Sonipat,



Kundli, Kharkhoda, Panipat belt

• Proven closing track record (not just coordination)

• Existing broker relationships preferred ability to conduct effective site visits and property demonstrations.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools for maintaining sales reports and client records.
- Ability to work on-site in Kharkhoda, including weekends or extended hours as needed for customer visits.
- Prior experience in residential real estate or related field is preferred
