Role Description
This is a full time remote role for a Reddit Marketing Specialist at Echo Money. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize Reddit-focused marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and drive user acquisition within relevant subreddits and communities. Day-to-day tasks include researching appropriate communities, crafting posts and comments, managing AMA sessions, and engaging in authentic conversations aligned with Echo Money’s voice and values.



The role involves developing and testing Reddit-specific marketing strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and refining campaigns based on data and community feedback. The specialist will collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure accurate messaging, surface product insights from the community, and support broader growth campaigns across channels.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage authentically with Reddit communities and respond to inquiries clearly and respectfully.
