Job Title: Business Analyst / QA Tester SAP Commerce Cloud

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst / QA Tester with experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and strong knowledge of eCommerce workflows. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technical teams while ensuring high-quality deliverables through effective testing and validation.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand eCommerce processes and translate them into clear specifications.
Prepare detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
Validate SAP Commerce Cloud functionalities including product catalog, checkout, promotions, and order management.
Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools.




Collaborate with developers and architects to resolve issues and ensure quality delivery.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
Ensure end-to-end quality assurance across releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA Tester in eCommerce projects.
Robust understanding of eCommerce workflows (catalog, cart, checkout, payment, order lifecycle).
Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) functionalities.
Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
Strong knowledge of manual testing and test case design.
Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, or similar.
Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Basic understanding of SQL and data validation techniques.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with automation testing
