As a
Compliance Analyst
, you will be an integral part of our global team, supporting regional operations by ensuring smooth onboarding experience for our clients after proper AML / KYC Checks. You will be responsible for advising us on and processing the necessary documentation required to onboard clients in compliance with FATF and other regulatory standards.
You will work closely with various departments, assisting in the collection, review, and updating of client documentation while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills,
and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a energetic global environment.
Job Description:
- Documentation Review:
Review and process client documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Due Diligence and KYC:
Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) and Due Diligence (DD) checks on client documentation.
- Client Communication:
Obtain and evaluate all relevant client information to ensure accurate processing of inquiries.
- Prompt Resolution:
Respond promptly to client inquiries, addressing and resolving issues efficiently.
- Cross Department Coordination:
Communicate and coordinate with other departments to address client requests or issues.
- Issue Escalation:
Direct unresolved issues to the appropriate person or department for further resolution.
- Liaison Role:
Serve as the key point of contact between clients, sales, customer support, and back-office
