About the Role

We're seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning specialist to design, implement, and optimize succession planning solutions for a US-based client. You'll lead end-to-end implementations, configure complex succession models, and drive adoption of talent management workflows across the SuccessFactors platform. This is a hands-on technical role where you own implementations from discovery through production deployment.

What You'll Do
- Design and configure succession models, goal plans, performance forms, and calibration workflows
- Lead 2+ full-lifecycle Succession Planning implementations from planning, configuration, and testing through go-live and post-launch support
- Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP), MDF objects, and business rule configuration
- Execute SIT/UAT testing protocols and manage production deployments with minimal disruption
- Provide technical support across SuccessFactors Talent modules:



Performance & Goals, Succession, Career Development, and Competencies
- Integrate Succession Planning with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules
- Train end users on succession planning processes and platform functionality
- Collaborate with US-based client teams on requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and optimization

What You Need

Required:
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Strong expertise in Succession Planning module configuration and implementation
- End-to-end implementation experience with minimum 2 projects (from planning to go-live)
- Demonstrated ability to configure goal plans, performance forms, calibration processes, and succession models
- Solid technical knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP), MDF objects, and Business Rules
- Hands-on experience with testing (SIT/UAT) and production deployments
- Technical expertise across SuccessFactors Tal
