Senior Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Lead in-process, incoming,



and final quality inspections to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.

Review and approve inspection reports, quality records, and test documentation.

Monitor production processes, analyze quality trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce defects.

Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.

Ensure calibration, maintenance, and proper utilization of measuring instruments and quality testing equipment.

Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, and Design teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards.

Train and guide junior quality engineers and inspectors on quality procedures and inspection techniques.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
