Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the organization's day-to-day accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, Income Tax, TDS, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial accounting while ensuring timely compliance with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) and ensure GST compliance.
- Reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC), process GST refunds, and handle GST-related notices.
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns and generate Form 16/Form 16A.
- Ensure timely payment and filing of statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI,



and Professional Tax.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and vendor/customer ledger reconciliations.
- Process payroll, statutory deductions, reimbursements, and employee settlements.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports for management.
- Manage e-Invoicing, e-Way Bills, and maintain financial and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and government authorities for audits and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accounting records using Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com preferred).
- CA Inter, CMA Inter, or M. Com will be an added advant
