Business Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data across Sales, Production, Planning, Inventory, Procurement, and Finance.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations to track key business and operational KPIs.
- Perform trend, variance, and comparative analyses to identify performance gaps and support business decisions.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and data-driven insights for management and ongoing business initiatives.
Data Analytics & Visualization
- Write SQL queries to extract, analyse, and structure data from business databases.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Clean, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Analyse existing business and reporting processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Support the automation of reports, data workflows, and repetitive business activities.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into explicit analytical or functional requirements.
- Participate in testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of dashboards, reports, and internal solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Production, Planning, Procurement, Stores, Finance, Quality, and IT teams to understand business requirements.
- Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders for data collection, solution development, testing, and implementation.
