Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Telecaller
to support our event operations team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable coordinating with vendors and clients, and be able to manage administrative and operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to clients, vendors, and partners for coordination and follow-ups.
- Coordinate
hotel bookings
, travel arrangements, and accommodation for event teams and guests.
- Handle
document verification
and maintain accurate records.
- Manage
vendor registration
and maintain the vendor database.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of
event invitations
to clients, guests, and stakeholders.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and event-related
MIS reports
.
- Follow up with vendors and clients to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain records of calls, bookings, registrations,



and event-related documentation.
- Ensure timely communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support smooth execution of events by coordinating operational requirements.

Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
