Role Description
The Customer Relationship Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Noida.



This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely communication, and responding to inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to address customer requirements, tracking service delivery, and following up to ensure high levels of satisfaction. The executive will support pre- and post-sales activities, prepare client reports, document interactions, and identify opportunities to enhance customer experience. Regular interaction with key accounts, participation in review meetings, and proactive issue resolution are central to the day-to-day responsibilities.
