This role is to maintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction
Job Description
About the Role:
- Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly
- Manage SURF tickets, ensuring timely monitoring and resolution with appropriate corrective actions
- Monitor staff deployment, coordinate with vendors to meet site-specific requirements, and validate vendor staff attendance
- Briefings and conducting training sessions to ensure staff are well-informed and properly trained
- Prepare Procurement Strategy and Tender Evaluation Plan for approval by the client
About You:
- Intermediate to Advanced experience in Facilities management is essential
- Previous experience in a similar field is mandate to manage the role
- Experience within the IFM is advantageous
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
