Role & responsibilities :-

The Fleet Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end fleet operations at the assigned airport location, ensuring optimum vehicle availability, utilization, maintenance, and compliance. The role involves coordinating with vehicle owners, vendors, chauffeurs, workshops, and internal stakeholders to maintain a safe, reliable, and efficient fleet while delivering exceptional service to customers and achieving operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management
- Manage the complete fleet operations for the assigned airport location.
- Ensure optimum vehicle availability to meet daily booking requirements.
- Monitor fleet utilization and maximize vehicle productivity.
- Plan vehicle deployment based on demand and operational priorities.
- Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy, clean, and maintained as per WTi standards.

Vehicle Maintenance & Compliance
- Schedule preventive and periodic maintenance of vehicles.
- Coordinate with authorized workshops and service centers for repairs.
- Monitor vehicle fitness, insurance, permits,



pollution certificates, and registration renewals.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company safety standards.
- Minimize vehicle downtime through effective maintenance planning.

Vendor & Owner Management
- Manage relationships with fleet owners, vehicle vendors, and transport partners.
- Negotiate service requirements and monitor vendor performance.
- Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of recent fleet vendors.
- Resolve operational issues related to vehicle availability and service quality.

Chauffeur Management
- Coordinate with chauffeurs for vehicle allocation and trip execution.
- Ensure chauffeurs comply with grooming, safety, and operational guidelines.
- Monitor driver attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Conduct periodic training on customer service, road safety, and company SOPs.

Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with the Airport Operations team for daily trip planning a
