Position Overview

Applix is seeking an experienced
IT Project / Program Manager
to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have robust experience managing cross-functional software development projects, coordinating stakeholders, driving project execution, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills while working in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver enterprise IT projects and programs.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, dependencies, and resource allocation.




- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve project-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and organizational processes.
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and change requests.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives where applicable.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and team collaboration.
- Support production releases, change management activities, and post-implementation reviews.

Experience
- 5–7 years of experience managing IT projects or enterprise software development programs.
