- Handle end-to-end HR Operations with a primary focus on operational HR.
- Manage statutory compliance, labour laws, and employee documentation.
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and HRMS/software.
- Manage labour and supervisor workforce.
- Coordinate with existing recruitment team (2 recruiters); recruitment will be a secondary responsibility.
- Handle employee relations, administration, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Ensure legal compliance and smooth HR processes across the plant.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HR Operations experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory workplace.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll, and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll software.
- Candidates residing in or near Sonipat/Rathdana will be preferred.
