Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA/BSA) with a strong background in web applications, digital platforms, and AI-driven projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into clear requirements and collaborating with Product, UX, Engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

The candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and experience working in Agile environments.

Job Title: Business Analyst (BA/BSA) – AI Projects

Experience Required: 7+ Years

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst on Web Application or Digital Platform projects.

• Robust experience supporting B2B/B2E enterprise applications.

• Hands-on experience working on AI-related projects.

• Expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation,



and converting business needs into technical requirements.

• Strong experience creating:

o User Stories

o Acceptance Criteria

o Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs)

o Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with Product, UX, QA, and Engineering teams.

• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience using Azure Boards and process diagramming tools.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience working with API payloads such as JSON/XML.

• Understanding of Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.

• Hands-on knowledge of Postman for API validation and testing.
