Wells Fargo is seeking an Enterprise Risk Associate.

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Risk Associate to join the India-based CIB CRO Strategy, Planning & Governance (SP&G;) team, supporting the Business Management pillar of the International Risk function.

This role will provide dedicated business management support across a growing and increasingly complex portfolio of International Risk activities. The successful candidate will serve as a central coordination and support resource, helping strengthen and scale a consistent operating model across core business management, governance, risk oversight, and regulatory support activities.

The role will support a broad range of responsibilities including staffing and headcount reporting, cost allocation reviews, business performance reporting, outsourcing and third-party risk governance, policy governance, regulatory change management, and executive reporting. As International Risk continues to evolve in response to changing business, operational risk, compliance,



and prudential regulatory requirements, this role will help ensure effective coordination, administration, oversight, and reporting across multiple governance programs.

Working closely with International SP&G; colleagues, CIB Risk partners, Finance, Compliance, Operational Risk, and other key stakeholders, the successful candidate will help improve data quality, enhance reporting insights, strengthen governance processes, and contribute to a more sustainable operating model.
