- Solid knowledge of Labour laws and Statutory compliance
- Budgeting and Cost Control for HR Admin
- Plant Housekeeping & Hostel Management
- HR MIS Reporting for Plant and Corporate

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience in Manufacturing or Plant HR operations
