We are looking for a sharp, driven Finance Associate to join our client's team in Bangalore.
Our client is an early-stage startup reshaping pharmacy access in India. Backed by leading institutional investors with, they operate a platform across 20,000+ pin codes nationally.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quick-paced, high-ownership environment and wants to build a strong foundation across controllership, financial planning, and business finance. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, external partners, and leadership to drive financial rigor and operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Controllership & Operations Oversight: Supervise controllership, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Revenue Assurance activities. Work closely with our outsourced team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and process discipline.
- Cost Optimization:
Identify and actively drive cost-saving opportunities across key areas such as logistics, indirect/procurement spends, and technology costs.
- Financial Reporting: Own and manage Investor Reporting and MIS reporting, ensuring internal and external stakeholders receive accurate, timely, and insightful financial data.
- Legal & Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate directly with legal and regulatory teams to ensure absolute compliance and resolve matters requiring finance input.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal business units, operations, and outsourced teams to strengthen overall financial processes and controls.
Requirements:
- Education: Must be a CA (cleared within two attempts)
- Experience: upto 3 years of relevant experience in Auditing, Controllership, FP&A;, or Business Finance.
- Background: Prior experience with an internet/tech startup is strongly preferred.
