We’re looking for someone who believes that excellent businesses are built on strong relationships.

Your Mission

Become the trusted relationship manager between NFIS and India’s founders, CEOs, investors, industry leaders, and strategic partners.

This is not a sales role. It’s a role focused on building long-term trust, creating meaningful partnerships, and representing NFIS with professionalism.

What You’ll Do

* Build and nurture relationships with founders, CEOs, and CXOs.

* Research companies before every meeting and understand their growth plans.

* Identify and develop strategic partnerships with industry associations, investors, incubators, banks, and business communities.

* Schedule and coordinate high-level meetings.

* Prepare meeting briefs, agendas,



and follow-up action plans.

* Maintain an organized CRM with all relationship updates.

* Represent NFIS at business meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.

* Ensure every founder and partner has an exceptional experience with NFIS.

We’re Looking For

* 5–10 years of experience in corporate partnerships, startup ecosystem, business development, consulting, founder success, venture capital, or strategic alliances.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Strong business etiquette and executive presence.

* Highly organized with exceptional follow-up discipline.

* Curious about businesses, startups, investments, and entrepreneurship.

* Comfortable interacting with founders and senior business leaders.
