Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented professional for the role of Manager – Business Development with strong experience in selling IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Technology Solutions to Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Smart City Projects, Defence, Railways, and other Government Organizations.

The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, managing OEM alliances, and successfully executing end-to-end sales cycles for IT Infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate should possess strong techno-commercial expertise, understanding of Government procurement processes, and excellent relationships with key OEMs and channel ecosystem partners.

- Drive business development and revenue generation through sales of:
- Data Center Solutions
- Servers & Storage Solutions
- Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI)
- Networking Solutions
- Cyber Security Solutions
- Cloud & Virtualization Solutions
- Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions
- Enterprise IT Infrastructure Solutions
- Identify and develop current business opportunities within:
- Central Government Departments
- State Government Organizations
- PSUs
- Smart City Projects
- Defence & Railways
- Educational & Research Institutions
- Manage complete sales lifecycle including:
- Lead generation
- Requirement analysis
- Solution positioning
- Tender participation
- Bid management
- Commercial negotiations
- Order closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, SI partners, procurement agencies, and decision-makers in Government organizations.
