across multiple locations in India for a remote/hybrid role that can be offered on a
full time or contractual basis

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented
Data Analytics Developer
with strong expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and large-scale data processing. In this role, you will transform raw platform and consumer data into meaningful business insights, build scalable data pipelines, apply machine learning techniques, and support AI, product, and content teams with actionable analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Build scalable data pipelines for processing large volumes of content and consumer data.
- Analyze views, watch time, engagement, catalog, and metadata from digital platforms.
- Apply machine learning techniques to identify trends, user segments, and predictive insights.




- Develop forecasting models for content and business performance.
- Work with platform APIs and internal data sources to collect, clean, and transform raw datasets.
- Design efficient data models for reporting and business decision-making.
- Collaborate with AI, Product, and Content teams to deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Optimize SQL queries and warehouse operations for analytical workloads.
- Maintain data quality, integrity, and documentation across analytics projects.
- Continuously improve analytics workflows using modern ML and data engineering practices.

Required Skills
- Robust proficiency in Python.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Knowledge of Jupyter Notebook for data analysis.
- Experience with XGBoost or LightGBM.
- Familiarity with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses.
- Strong understanding of data
