Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of Mercedes-Benz vehicles by delivering a premium customer experience throughout the sales journey. The role involves generating leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting vehicle demonstrations, managing negotiations, and building long-term relationships to achieve sales targets and enhance brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through walk-ins, referrals, corporate clients, digital platforms, and networking.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Mercedes-Benz models and financing options.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives while highlighting premium features and technology.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for new vehicles and value-added products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, and repeat customers.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless purchase experience.




- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to maximize conversions and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Keep up to date with Mercedes-Benz products, competitor offerings, and luxury automotive market trends.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate sales activities.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction during vehicle delivery and post-sales follow-up.
- Uphold Mercedes-Benz brand standards, professionalism, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in automobile sales, luxury retail sales, or premium customer-facing roles.
- Experience in luxury automotive sales is preferred.
- Valid driving license with the ability to conduct customer test drives.
- Solid knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
