Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Export Documentation role based in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. The role involves preparing and reviewing export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and compliance-related paperwork, to meet regulatory and customer requirements. The team member will coordinate with internal operations, overseas offices, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate documentation for freight forwarding and export shipments. Daily responsibilities include tracking shipments, updating systems and records,



resolving documentation issues, and maintaining clear communication with customers regarding shipment status and documentation needs. The position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to timelines, and prior hands-on experience in freight forwarding.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Forwarding and Freight Forwarding, with proven experience in export logistics operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Export documentation and compliance, including knowledge of export procedures, regulations, and customs requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Freight Transportation, including coordination with carriers, understanding of shipping modes, and basic knowledge of INCOTERMS.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, responsiveness, and the ability to manage queries and resolve issues professionally
