We're Hiring: Business Development Head — IOS Relocations

IOS Relocations is looking for a Business Development Head to drive new customer revenue for our IOS Relocations business. This is a revenue-owning leadership role covering the full breadth of our customer base, including corporates, enterprises, and GCCs (Global Capability Centres) as one of several key segments.

What you'll own:

? New business revenue targets for IOS Relocations across corporate and enterprise clients

? Building and managing a diversified pipeline, including GCCs, MNCs, and other enterprise accounts, from first conversation to signed, revenue-generating contracts

? Structuring commercial proposals, pricing, and SLAs suited to enterprise procurement and decision-making processes

? Building and deepening relationships with HR, Global Mobility, Admin, and Procurement leaders across client organizations

? Identifying and prioritizing high-potential segments (including GCCs) as part of a broader account acquisition strategy





? Working closely with delivery/operations teams to ensure new accounts convert into long-term, retained revenue

? Owning pipeline, conversion, and revenue reporting against target

What we're looking for:

✅ 8+ years in business development / enterprise sales, ideally within relocation, mobility, or related B2B services

✅ Proven track record of carrying and consistently hitting new business revenue targets

✅ Experience selling to corporates and enterprises broadly; exposure to GCCs in India is a robust plus, not a prerequisite

✅ Strong commercial acumen, able to structure and negotiate enterprise-level deals independently

✅ Comfortable being measured on revenue outcomes, not just activity

✅ Ability to build and manage a healthy, diversified pipeline across multiple client segments

This role is built for someone who can confidently commit to and deliver a new-business revenue number, across a broad enterprise customer base.
