Role Description
The Teacher at Weeones Pre-School and Daycare is responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Day-to-day tasks include preparing learning materials, conducting classroom sessions, observing and documenting children’s progress, and maintaining a clean, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.



The Teacher will communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children’s development and collaborate with colleagues to align teaching practices and school programs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring consistent classroom presence and active participation in school events and training sessions.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience in early childhood or preschool settings.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills to design structured, age-appropriate learning activities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to participate in professional development and implement best practices in the classroom.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field are preferred.
