Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the boarding house, including maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet high standards.
- Manage inventory levels of groceries, beverages, and other supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, expenses, and income.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of goods and services.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-9 years of experience in hotel management or related field.
- Solid knowledge of office administration procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective vendor coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
