? What You'll Do

✅ Lead and mentor large engineering teams (30+ engineers), including Engineering Managers and Technical Leads.

✅ Drive technical strategy, architecture, and engineering excellence.

✅ Build scalable, cloud-native applications and platforms.

✅ Partner with global stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-impact products.

? We're Looking For

✔ 15+ years of Software/Product/Platform Engineering experience.

✔ 6+ years of engineering leadership managing large teams.

✔ Strong hands-on expertise in:
- .NET / C#
- REST APIs




- Microservices
- Azure or AWS Cloud
- CI/CD & DevOps
- Distributed Systems
- Software Architecture & System Design

? Preferred Profile

⭐ Currently working with a
Product Company
(No IT Services/Consulting organizations).

⭐ Stable career progression with strong leadership experience.

⭐ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

⭐ B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science) from a reputed/premier engineering institute preferred.
