IT Administrator Job Description
The IT Administrator is responsible for routine maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of systems and network components. The role requires responding to user incidents and service requests, performing system health checks, applying patches and updates, and maintaining backup and recovery procedures. The post holder will ensure changes are documented and follow agreed change control and incident management processes.
Work is carried out in an operational IT environment with regular interaction across teams and stakeholders.
