Role Overview
As a Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth for Xipper and its partner hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation, branding, and awareness campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Drive high-quality leads and maximize customer acquisition.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve CTR, CPC,
CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversions.
- Track conversions and ensure accurate campaign performance measurement.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and maximize return on investment.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and share actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign optimization.
- Understanding of Conversion Tracking, Attribution, and Performance Metri
