Role Description
The Executive Sous Chef is a full time, on-site role based at Park Elanza Coimbatore. This role supports the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations, including menu planning, recipe development, and maintaining high culinary standards across all dining outlets. The Executive Sous Chef oversees food preparation, ensures consistent quality and presentation, and monitors inventory, food costs, and kitchen hygiene according to hotel and regulatory standards.



Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and training kitchen team members, coordinating with service staff for smooth service, and actively participating in special events, banquets, and curated dining experiences. The role also involves implementing safety and sanitation procedures, managing kitchen schedules, and contributing to continuous improvement in guest dining satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills with experience in fine dining, multi-cuisine menus, and modern cooking techniques.
