About the Role

We are an early-stage brand in the spatial wellness space. We help people understand how the layout and design of their home shapes how they feel and live every day. This is a growing space. Homes, wellbeing, and real estate are coming together, and there is a lot to build.

We are looking for one person to own the growth engine.

You will work closely with the founder. You will have real ownership. As the brand grows, you grow with it.

What You Will Do
- Use AI tools to generate drafts, images, and video faster, then shape them into something that feels human and on-brand.
- Create content for social media and the website. Posts, carousels, short reels, and written pieces on spatial wellness, home design, and wellbeing.
- Keep a steady posting rhythm across our channels.
- Produce and promote video content. Short-form video for social and product explainers.
- Track what is working. Share simple numbers so we can double down on what performs.

What We Are Looking For
- Comfort with AI content tools. You already use them or you learn quick




- Experience with YouTube Ads, Meta Ads
- Basic design and video editing skills. Canva, CapCut, or similar.
- Interest in homes, wellness, or design. You do not need to be an expert, but you should care.
- Self-driven. You can run your own week without daily hand-holding.

Nice to Have
- Experience running social channels for a brand or a small business.
- Some understanding of SEO and how content gets found.
- Any exposure to real estate, interiors, or property.

Compensation
- Fixed monthly pay of INR 20,000.
- Performance-based incentive on top of the fixed pay. We will discuss the details during the interview.

The incentive is designed so that when the brand does well, you share in that directly.
