Role Description The JEE Physics Faculty will deliver high-quality, concept-focused instruction to students preparing for JEE and related competitive exams in an in office classroom setting located in Latehar. This full-time role includes planning and conducting engaging lectures, problem-solving sessions, and doubt-clearing classes, as well as creating and reviewing assignments, tests, and learning materials aligned with the JEE syllabus.



The faculty member will track student performance, provide individualized academic guidance, and adapt teaching strategies to different learning needs. The role also involves collaborating with other educators and academic coordinators to refine curriculum, contribute to content development, and maintain updated knowledge of exam patterns and syllabus changes. Faculty are expected to foster a motivating, inclusive classroom environment that helps learners build strong fundamentals and exam confidence.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in core Physics concepts relevant to JEE, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and systematically.
