Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who has prior experience in the HR consultancy or staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating current business opportunities, acquiring corporate clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering recruitment and talent acquisition solutions.

Key Responsibilities





* Identify and acquire new corporate clients through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and referrals.

* Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.

* Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, and business leaders.

* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

* Prepare commercial proposals and close business deals.

* Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.

* Track sales pipeline, revenue, and business development activities through CRM and regular reports.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

* Stay updated with industry trends, hiring demands, and competitor activities.
