Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Actively participate and lead key stages of the design process.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Lead and oversee multiple healthcare/hospital projects simultaneously.
- Prepare and present reports, design proposals, and presentations for client meetings.
- Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
- Supervise and guide Assistant Project Managers and Draftspersons.
- Manage team performance, expectations, and professional development.
- Handle project correspondence with clients, vendors, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Support Studio Director / Senior Project Manager / Director on strategic and operational initiatives.
Desired Profile
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with solid exposure to healthcare/hospital projects (mandatory).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.
- Strong leadership, communication, and design capabilities.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
