Manager - Warehouse plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our stores, ensuring effective management of inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing a team, implementing strategies to optimize store performance, and maintaining a conducive environment for both customers and employees.

Your Responsibilities
Team Leadership
: Lead and motivate store staff to achieve plant revenue targets, uphold service standards, and promote a positive work culture.
Inventory Management
: Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy and take necessary action to keep under control to ensure adequate parts availability while minimizing overstock and stockouts.
Visual Merchandising
: Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure attractive product displays and maintain store aesthetics in line with brand standards.
Customer Service Excellence
: Foster a customer-centric approach among store staff, resolve internal customer complaints effectively, and ensure a seamless stores experience.
Operational Efficiency
: Streamline store processes, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with operational procedures and policies.
