Area Growth Manager FMCG Sales – 3+ Years – Mangalore

We are looking for an experienced Area Growth Manager to drive business expansion, strengthen distribution networks, and accelerate market penetration within the assigned territory. Responsibilities

1. Drive primary and secondary sales while executing territory growth strategies to achieve business targets and expand market share.
2. Build and strengthen distributor partnerships, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and effective distribution management.
3. Expand retail coverage, enhance product availability,



and ensure superior in-market execution through merchandising and promotional activities.
4. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and implement action plans.
5. Lead, mentor, and monitor frontline sales teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business objectives.

Requirements

1. Graduate with an MBA preferred and 3–10 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably within the beverages or food industry.
2. Solid expertise in General Trade, distributor management, territory handling, and channel sales.
3. Proven experience in driving market expansion, outlet coverage, and sales growth across assigned territories.
4. Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Willingness to travel extensively and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
