Candidates will be responsible for supporting the export sales team in overseas client communication, order coordination, documentation, and reporting. Description / Responsibilities (IN DETAIL)




- Communicate with international customers for quotations, queries, and order follow-ups.
- Read basic engineering drawings to assess manufacturing feasibility.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and export documents.
- Maintain order tracking sheets and coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams.
- Prepare sales/dispatch reports using Advanced Excel tools.
- Assist in shipping documentation and coordinate with freight/CHA agents.
- Record customer communication, feedback, and sales history.
- Attend virtual meetings and support in tenders/RFQs.
- Follow up on payments and customer satisfaction post-dispatch.
