Job Purpose:

As an RSM at Polycab, you will lead regional growth for our industrial electrical solutions across Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh. You will manage a team of 5 Territory Sales Incharges (TSIs) and drive strategic expansion in the OEM & Panel Builder segment. Your focus will be to move beyond product selling and position Polycab as a provider of complete technical and value-driven solutions.

What Youll Do:
- Drive Regional Growth:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand market share across the South region (Karnataka, TG & AP), ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Team Leadership & Development:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 TSIs. Set explicit targets, monitor performance, and support their capability building to ensure high productivity and engagement.
- Strategic Account Management:

Build and strengthen relationships with key OEMs & Panel Builders. Drive long-term partnerships by understanding their technical and business requirements.
- Technical Expertise & Solution Selling:





Ensure the team is well-versed with Polycab’s product portfolio (Cables, Accessories & Harnesses) and capable of delivering value-based technical solutions to customers.
- Cross-Selling & Business Expansion:

Identify opportunities within existing accounts to introduce the Dowells range of accessories and cable harnesses, driving higher wallet share.
- Channel Management:

Oversee distributor and dealer networks across the region, ensuring adherence to company processes and smooth business operations.
- Market Development & Networking:

Represent Polycab at industry forums, associations, and events to build brand presence, generate leads, and strengthen market intelligence.
- Experience:

10–15 years of experience in electrical sales (Cables, Switchgear, Automation), with at least 2–3 years in a team handling or leadership role. Experience in industries like Automotive, Textiles, Machine Tools, Automation, or Panel Builders
