Role Description
The Head Chef role at Prime Food and Beverage Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Head Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and plating, ensuring dishes meet quality, taste, and presentation standards. This role includes managing and training kitchen staff, assigning tasks, monitoring workflow, and fostering a safe, efficient, and hygienic work environment. The Head Chef will be responsible for inventory control,



vendor coordination, and cost management, including portion control and waste reduction. The position also involves collaborating with management on new menu concepts, seasonal offerings, and special events, while maintaining compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
