Role Summary
BASS is looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Consultant to strengthen its Bid Management capability across enterprise pursuits.
This is a pre-sales pursuit execution role—not delivery operations—focused on taking end-to-end operational ownership of strategic pursuits, including proactive proposals, RFIs, RFPs and customer proposal responses.
Operating as an individual contributor within pursuit squads, you will be the single point of operational accountability for every pursuit assigned to you—from prospect intake through proposal submission, orchestrating cross-functional teams and driving execution discipline throughout.
Working closely with Solution Consultants, Domain SMEs, Commercial, Business Presentation, Legal and Sales teams, you will orchestrate pursuit execution across functions, enabling solution teams to focus on shaping winning strategies while ensuring every proposal is delivered with quality, governance and speed.

What You Will Own & Create
Own the Pursuit
Serve as the operational owner for every assigned pursuit—including proactive proposals, RFIs, RFPs and customer proposal responses—taking complete accountability for planning, execution governance, stakeholder alignment, dependency management and submission readiness until successful proposal submission.
