Art Director, Social (Organic + Paid)

We're a boutique international digital agency running paid ads, social media, email marketing and ecommerce promotions for 140+ Australian businesses. Healthcare, ecommerce, trades, education. Real companies, real budgets, real results.

Our creative punches well above its weight. But right now too much of it runs through too few hands. The same person building the campaign is concepting the creative, cutting the video, writing the caption and scheduling the post. That caps how good the work can get, and it's the ceiling we're hiring to break.

This role is the creative engine. You own the look. You take a brand, a brief and a blank canvas and you make content people actually stop for. Organic and paid. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and wherever else the audience lives. Across 15-20 client accounts, week in, week out.

We want someone who is 80% maker and 20% machinery. Someone whose first instinct is to create, not to coordinate. An art director's eye with a producer's output. You'll set the visual voice for each client and, when the volume spikes,



hand overflow production to our designer and video editor rather than drowning in it.

Just as important: someone genuinely valuable to work with. You take feedback without ego and give it without drama. You'll work closely with a senior growth strategist, a design and video team, and a project manager. Personality matters as much as talent here.

This is a permanent, full-time position. Not a contract. Not an internship.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Organic social creative, concept to post (~40%). Concept and produce scroll-stopping organic content across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Static, carousel, motion and short-form video. You own the idea, the design, the edit and the caption, then batch it out (think 6 to 14 assets per client cycle).
