DESCRIPTION:

Join Thermo Fisher Scientific's Biosciences Division (BID) as a Senior R&D; Manager and contribute to technology development at a global leader serving science. Within BID, you will help advance innovative solutions across cell analysis, cell culture, molecular biology, protein biology, and related life science research applications that enable scientific discoveries and support customers in academic, biopharma, biotechnology, clinical,



and industrial markets.

In this role, you will provide strategic leadership for complex product development programs, guiding multidisciplinary teams across hardware, software, systems, assay, reagent, and consumables development. You will lead initiatives that align with BID's mission of accelerating research and improving outcomes by delivering differentiated products and technologies that address evolving customer needs.

Working closely with Product Management, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, Commercial, and global R&D; teams, you will drive innovation from concept through commercialization, ensuring robust execution, technical excellence, and business impact. You will support and enable your teams to achieve high performance while fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centric decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced Degree , or Bache
